There is no account to delete. My Cars App has no sign-up and no login, and we hold nothing that identifies you. Everything the app knows about you is stored on your own phone.

To remove everything

Uninstall the app. That permanently deletes your saved vehicles, the dates you entered, and every scheduled reminder. Nothing is left behind on our side, because none of it was ever there.

To remove just one car, open the app, swipe the car on the Home screen and choose Remove.

What we hold on our servers

No name, email address or phone number. We never ask for them.
No list of your vehicles. That is on your phone only.
No payment details. Google and Apple handle purchases; we never see a card.
A shared cache of vehicle information, organised by registration number rather than by person, cleared every 24 hours.
Standard web server logs containing IP addresses, deleted automatically after 14 days.

Because none of that identifies you, there is nothing for us to look up or erase on request. The full detail is in our privacy policy.

If you have emailed us

Emails are the one thing that can identify you. If you have written to us and want that correspondence deleted, just ask.

We reply within 5 working days and delete within 30 days.

Purchases

Uninstalling does not cancel or refund a purchase made through Google Play or the App Store — contact the relevant store for that. If you reinstall on a device signed in to the same store account, Restore Purchases brings your unlock back.
